Training is done via an interactive web session with a live engineer. Classes typically take 60-120 minutes depending on the topic covered and attendance and include a Q&A session. Please see the class descriptions for more detailed information.

OmniCenter 7.0 Update training is designed for existing users and administrators of OmniCenter 6.x products. This training focuses on the new features and interface of OmniCenter 7 without spending a lot of time going over existing features and functionality. It is recommended (but not required) that you have viewed the online User training videos first, or are familiar with the day-to-day use of OmniCenter and the general concepts surrounding network management. This class is approximately 30 minutes.

Administrator training is intended for engineers and managers who will have administrator-level access to OmniCenter, including adding/modifying device settings, alerts, templates, and creating custom reports. It is recommended (but not required) that you have viewed the online User training videos first, or are familiar with the day-to-day use of OmniCenter and the general concepts surrounding network management. This class averages 60-90 minutes.
Advanced Administrator Training is intended for OmniCenter administrators who have been using the tool day-to-day for some time, and includes in-depth information about best-practices configuration, optimization of alerts and settings, and time-saving tips that minimize administrative burden. It also includes training on creating custom user dashboards and report templates. It is strongly recommended that you have attended the Administrator training first, or are very familiar with administrative functions within OmniCenter and have extensive experience using and configuring the administration interface. This class averages 90 minutes.
NetFlow training covers the configuration and interpretation of flow-related reports (Netflow, sFlow, and jFlow) using the OmniCenter Enterprise software. This training is intended for engineers and managers who will have administrator-level access to OmniCenter. It is strongly recommended that you have attended at least one of the Administrator level trainings before attending this class. This class averages 45-60 minutes.
